Harvestnet: HarvestNet is a network of churches which share their resources to achieve the common goal of planting churches in cities and communities across the world
The vision to establish HarvestNet was born out of a belief in the heart of Pastor David Storer that church planting remains the most effective way to impact communities with the Gospel of the Kingdom - hence the slogan of HarvestNet is "planting churches, changing communties".
HarvestNet was established in 2004 and as of 2009 there are five churches in the Network with a total of 2850 people attending.
Arise Church: On the 5th of Oct 2008 Centrepoint Church planted its first church in the City of Gosnells. Led by Rowland and Leanne Murphy, Arise Church, is the fourth Harvestnet church in our city. To find out more information go to the Arise website.
We are also partnering with Harvestnet to plant a new church in our state every 2 years or so. At the appointed time we will release finance and people to help the church plant change its community.

How is this local church transforming our world?
As a church, we are going to focus a majority of our missions funding on Indonesia.
Why Indonesia?
- They are our closest neighbour.
- There are 245 million people in the nation.
- 16.7% live below the poverty line.
- 88.2% Muslim and need salvation.
- Thousands of families have been displaced and severely affected by natural disasters in the last few years.
Church Initiatives
- Centrepoint Church is currently partnering with Compassion to collectively sponsor kids in Indonesia.
- In 2007, Centrepoint Church launched a special building project to build an orphanage in Denpasar Indonesia. This was completed successfully and was opened in March 2008.
- In 2008 we also helped Disciple Makers Indonesia build their regional Headquarters so that hundred's of church planters can be trained and released to the mission field. This Headquarters will be the administrative centre for all their orphanages, church plants and radio stations. Their ministry is currently reaching millions of Indonesians with the Gospel.
